USAGE

Limited // Allows the Client to: License includes use for all Editorial, Publicity, Collateral, Public Display and Packaging uses of the Work (as defined by the usage definitions linked here). This usage includes website publication, award submissions, and social media promotion for the client’s own marketing purposes. This license excludes usage for commercial advertising campaigns which includes but is not limited to magazine ads, billboards, transit signage, digital and social media ads, tv and web commercials.

All other uses will be re-negotiated at the current fair market value determined by Getty Images.

SHARING

No third-party rights granted -- images may not be resold or redistributed by the client to third parties in any form.

TIME

5 Years

COPYRIGHT

Not transferred // Photographer retains copyright ownership in perpetuity and is free to use the images at will.

**All Work created by the Creator and the associated copyright is the sole and exclusive property of the Creator. Grant of any reproduction rights to the Client is conditioned upon receipt of payment in full, from Client (or Agency). All rights not expressly granted shall be reserved by the Creator. Modification of Work and/or incorporation of Work in any layout or concept shall not constitute a joint work or derivative work. If Client (or Agency) wishes to make any additional uses of the Work not detailed in the Licensing Option/s above, Client (or Agency) shall obtain permission from the Creator and negotiate an additional fee for that use, which may be greater than any Licensing Option/s originally quoted.
